It’s not often I get down to Navarre Beach as a Photographer because I’m based in Gulf Breeze. But Navarre is where I grew up. When people tell me that’s where they’re vacationing I tell them what a great choice it is. It’s close to Destin, Pensacola Beach, and it’s less crowded, a slower pace, and just beautiful. Navarre Beach has always been known as Florida’s Best Kept Secret. It has grown so much since I’ve lived there, but I love to visit because it’s only a short 20 minute drive for me, and a little slice of Paradise. The Rohl Family

When Sasha contacted me, I was so excited. We went to high school together and I loved seeing her journey into motherhood. She’s currently located in Memphis but moving back to the area next year. She and I were both teachers and left the profession to pursue other things. But, she’s always just been the most beautiful, kind, and loving person! Her little boy is absolutely adorable and it’s clear that she’s created a wonderful life for herself away from home. I think it’s impossible for them to take a “bad picture.”

Variety in the Session

I asked her if she would be open to photographing a little bit on the sound side, I hadn’t been there in quite some time, but if you’re a Navarre Beach Photographer, you know there were tall grasses, still water, and the sand was still the pristine white as it is on the Gulf. It makes for a stunning back drop and adds a great deal of variety to your photoshoot if you can fit in both the sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The sound side did not disappoint, especially because of the colors Sasha put together. Seriously, what a dream client. She followed the Style Guides I send out to a T! When we went over to the Gulf, they changed clothes and I loved the bright colors and contrast that came along in the end result. Check out their images below!
